How do I take The Louise Rogers Fat Loss Stack?
I would recommend taking Yohimbine/Hot Rox when you're in a fasted state.. e.g. during your morning cardio session.
I would then suggest taking L-carnitine with your breakfast.

Manufacturers Dosage Recommendation
Hot-Rox Extreme: Take one or two capsules two times per day, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water, allowing at least six hours between doses. If you haven't used this supplement previously, begin by taking one capsule twice the first day then increase the dose to tolerance. Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of one month.
MHP Carnitine 500: Take 1 to 4 tablets per day. For maximum efficacy, larger or more active individuals should take up to 2,000mg (4 tablets) daily
